If you are a Netcom customer with a new Virtual Web site, the setup may still be in progress. The server restarts itself periodically after which time your site should then appear. Alternatively you tried to access a web site hosted at Netcom UK but your browser does not support version 1.1 of the HTTP protocol.

If you upgrade to the latest version of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, you will have no trouble accessing the site to which you are attempting to connect.
